We are always on the lookout for fun and energetic people to join our team. Whether as an activities tutor at after school or holiday clubs or as extra support staff for our young people, especially during school holiday clubs.

Course Tutor

As a tutor your role would involve planning and delivering activity sessions for our young people. This can be after school and/or at holiday clubs and is usually related (although not essential) to a subject/activity for example art, music, sport.

This would be suitable for teachers and coaches with qualifications.

This role requires participation/completion of training such as safeguarding and team teach. F4YP may require you to attend training days prior to starting and whilst contracted.

Course Assistant

As a holiday club assistant your role would involve elements of pastoral and practical support for our young people, whilst supporting our tutors. This would be suitable for university students looking to get into teaching and wanting to gain additional experience.

Swimming Teacher

We deliver swimming lessons on Thursday afternoon at Polam Swim School, Bedford 4:15-7.15pm

We are looking for a qualified Swimming teacher to:

  • Teach 4 x 30min lessons and 1 x 45min lessons

  • Adapt lessons to suit swimmers split by age and ability; ranging from age 5 - 16 and beginners to intermediate swimmers

  • Complete basic evaluations on swimmer’s levels

  • You must hold a L2 swimming teacher qualification or equivalent
