Finding the most efficient way of getting from A to B using equipment. You will learn a variety of jumps, rolls and flips as well as flow between objects. Taught by coaches from Spiral Freerun. All sessions suitable and adapted for beginner, intermediate and advanced learners.

This is a multi-sports club. We aim to include a range of sports and activities, encouraging active lifestyles, fun and enjoyment of sport. Sessions are delivered by our Sports Coaches and are adapted to different age groups and ability.

Aimed at our younger age group, open to all abilities. Young people will learn basic gymnastics and including some dance activities. They will also play a variety of games developing their teamwork and social skills.

Working alongside canoe trail this club takes young people out on the Great River Ouse in a range of crafts including canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. All abilities can take part in this course (unless specified) led by qualified instructors. Young people will learn a range of paddle strokes and techniques, go for journeys on the river and play games.

A great club for building confidence, improving strength and agility. Working alongside Canoe Trail, we offer the opportunity to learn bouldering and climbing skills, and paddle board one the Great River Ouse. In the summer months our young people can also challenge themselves on the outdoor high ropes course.

Guided music session with the opportunity to experiment with our array of instruments from Ukulele to Bongos! Sessions also include a time to socialise with friends in a peaceful environment, play a variety of board games or get creative with colouring and hammer beads.

We offer swimming lessons from beginners to improvers. Lessons are 30 minutes and are set according to ability by our qualified swimming team. Our aim is to teach an important life skill, enabling young people to be safe and confident in water. Young people will need to be assessed on ability before being signed up. Once enrolled in swimming you do not need to sign up again.

We run activities in February half term, Easter and Summer Holidays. These courses are based on a school site and include a wide range of activities such as sport, dance, drama, art, science, DT, cooking and more. Activities are led by our tutors and young people are split into age groups. Young people are encouraged to make new friends, have fun and try new things.

We offer adventure days run alongside Canoe Trail at Kempston Outdoor Centre or Willington woodlands. Activities can include outdoor adventurous activities such as paddle sports, archery, indoor climbing, bush craft and team building, as well as enjoying a camp fire and toasting marshmallows.

Every year we aim to take young people year 9-11, away on a residential trip during a school holiday to engage in outdoor adventure activities. These trips are aimed to build a young person’s confidence, encourage independence and give them new experiences.

Delivered by UKTI Martial Arts, they instruct a fusion of nine distinct Martial arts styles curated under the expertise of Grandmaster Hiron John (IX Degree). Specialising in instructing a style of Un-Armed Combat that leverages the entire body as a means of Self-Defense. Aimed for beginners, no uniform required and inclusive, catering to both girls and boys. here

Multi-Arts After is a creative School Club for young people in school years 1-4. It provides a supportive environment where children can explore various art forms, including dance, drama, music, and visual arts. Young people develop their creativity, teamwork, and confidence through engaging activities that culminate in a performance. We also offer performance opportunities, making it a valuable experience for young people's personal and artistic growth.
